Abs and Back Workout

This full body workout is for those wanting to start to flatten abs…remember you must shred fat to see your ‘abs’ but these exercises will tone that mid-section.


Workout

Repeat each exercise for 30 seconds. Go through the circuit of exercises three times if you can. If you can’t, then you could try splitting it into two workouts during the day. Good luck!

1. Side planks (right)

2. Side planks (left)

Sid eplank left

3. Running man

Running man

4. Superman

Superman

5. Criss cross abs

Criss cross abs 2

6. Sit and press

Sit and press 2

 

Repeat x 4 rounds
