Beginners full body workout
This full body workout is for those struggling to get started but want to tone up and start to increase fitness.
5 minute warm-up (half squats, jog, push ups, light skip)
Do the following exercises each for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds:
1. Squat with weights (squat down and up during the 20 seconds)
2. Push ups
3. Bent over row
4. Cross over crunches
Repeat x 5 rounds
5 minute cool down and stretch.
