Full Body Workout

This full body workout is for the time-poor but also those with some good level of fitness. It will give you a great cardio workout but you should feel every muscle in your body!


  • 5 minute warm-up (half squats, jog, push ups, light skip)
  • Do the following exercises each for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds

1. Skip


2. Squat leaps

3. Burpees

4. Jump ups

Repeat x 5 rounds

5 minute cool down and stretch.
