Fat Blaster Workout
This full body workout is for those struggling to shift a few kilos but you should have some good fitness levels to try this!
- 5 minute warm-up (half squats, jog, push ups, light skip)
- Do the following exercises each for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds
3. Squat with weights (squat down and up during the 20 seconds)
4. Push ups
5. Squat leaps
6. Bent over row
7. Jump ups
8. Cross over crunches
Repeat x 5 rounds
5 minute cool down and stretch.
