Abs and Butt Floor Workout

Yes, I said 5 minutes. You won’t be heading to the Olympics with this workout but you will at starting to strengthen your abs and butt. Usually I advocate using more bodyweight as resistance but this floor workout is a great opportunity to get things back to basics. If your struggling with the last exercise then don’t lower your legs so much or keep the legs bent.
