Abs and Arms Workout!

So, I get that there are ‘I can’t be stuffed’ moments in life. It’s real. During those moments in life I find that I go for the ‘something is better than nothing’ approach. Here’s a taste of one of my many upcoming 5 minute workouts. The great thing about these is that you can combine a few to get a 20-30 minute workout!
