Legs and Butt Workout for the Time-poor!
Got a flat out busy day? Is that your day everyday? I bet exercise is the first thing to get ‘skipped’ in your day!
Sometimes you just have to ‘turn up’ and you will feel like doing more exercise. When I have a flat out day ahead I shorten my workouts, but keep them intense. That way I can get the most out of myself in a shorter time!
