5 Minute Full Body Workout for those ‘I can’t be stuffed’ moments

5 Minute Full Body Workout
This workout is a little tougher than usual. It’s a good one for the fitter reader…even you can have an ‘I can’t be stuffed’ exercise day. Sometimes you just need to ‘show up’ and you may or may not feel like doing more. If you do, great. If not, 5 minutes is better than nothing. Then recover and get back on track the next day. LISS, or low intensity steady state training, such as walking, can be a great alternative exercise for those low energy days too!
