This recipe is a winner with the kids and super simple to make!
- 150 g (1 cup) blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- handful of flaked almonds or cashew nuts (soaked for 2 hours or overnight)
- 2 1/2 cups (600mL of coconut water)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Top with a handful of fresh blueberries and flaked almonds.
Blend together and serve.
