Breakfast-on-the-Go Shake

Breakfast shake

This creamy shake is great for a quick breakfast on the go. It’s full of protein and good fats to make you feel fuller for longer and contains some essential carbs to keep you going until lunchtime.

This combination of ingredients is designed to be a meal replacement, as the calorie content from the peanut butter, banana and avocado is higher than your average juice or smoothie.

Depending on the milk and protein powder you add, the recipe will be about 350 to 400 calories – which fits in very well to a balanced, healthy breakfast.


Serve:1-2 Prep: 10 min Cook:


  • 1½ cups of your favorite milk (soy, almond, dairy)
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp muesli (natural)
  • ½ scoop of your favorite protein powder


  • Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix until thick and smooth.
