I can’t be stuffed workout

There are some days where you may feel like you can’t get off the lounge or out of bed to exercise. That’s normal if it happens from time to time. If it starts happening every day then you may need to get your health checked out or give yourself a bigger kick in the butt. The fatter and more unfit you get the less likely you will feel like exercising. But, if you are a regular exerciser and recognise that there are some days where the energy just isn’t there but you know you should go out and do something, this short workout may be for you!


The 18 minute blast

Note: Each set will take about 1 minute. Repeat the set 4 times. Do a 2-3 minute warm up and cool down.

1. 10 x Lunges

5. 1 minute skipping


6. 10 x Criss cross crunches
