Simple green juice

Every wanted to get into juices and smoothies and thought it was all just ‘too hard’? I don’t know about you but if there are 20 ingredients I am out! Here is a simple one that I like to resort to when I am in a hurry but want a quick pick-me-up. You’ll notice that vegetables are the main ingredients and that’s done on purpose. The daily recommendation for vegetable intake is more than fruit so this way I am off to a good start to my day!

Serve: 2-4 Prep: 10 min Cook:

Cucumber and pineapple juice

Ingredients:cucumber and pineapple juice

  • 8 cucumbers
  • Small handful of parsley
  • ½ pineapple (small, no skin)
  • 1 medium Granny smith apple
  • 1 small kiwi (no skin)


  • Juice in the juicer

Hint: I love to throw in a little mint for a bit of extra goodness and freshness. Try it if you like.
