This refreshing summer drink is great for re-hydrating or before a workout. The watermelon contains citrulline that can help prevent muscle fatigue during a workout.
Serves: 1 Prep: 5 min Cook:
- 1 cup seedless watermelon, diced into cubes
- ½ juice of 1 lime
- 1 cup coconut water
- 3 to 4 fresh mint leaves
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Serve immediately with ice.
