I have those moments too. I swear! But I overcome this mentality pretty quickly because I’ve got some pretty simple strategies and habits in place.

One of the biggest reasons reported to me for not exercising is lack of time. Yep, exercise is just ‘another thing’ to do in what is already a long list of demands. And hey, if you skip exercise that means you don’t have to wash your hair, right? Bonus time!
We’re all juggling multiple roles. I don’t always know how we will think we can ‘do it all’ and expect to have energy to exercise too. But we have to… not exercising is making us unhealthy and really sick. You just might not know it yet.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t always have my life ‘in-check’, but I do follow some really simple strategies to keep my exercise on track.
