Social media can be a tough place and it seems to be open fire for criticism some days. Some just love to sit behind their computer and use it to slam others down as quickly as they can. And that’s what happened when Simone Biles – a 4 x gold medal-winning gymnast from the USA – shared an Instagram photo. Was she being an idiot? No. She was having a great time with her friends. The problem? There were girls with ‘six pack’ abs. Luckily it was only a problem for one Twitter troll who commented ‘Y’all find this attractive? Imaaoo’.

Weight loss is a popular topic. Just Google it and there is a plethora of ‘experts’ ready to give you tips. Here’s the problem. Even the so-called experts don’t have a clue sometimes. They are getting you to ‘eat less’ and ‘move more’ and it’s not working. At least not in the long term. That’s because drastic weight loss that happens too fast really stuffs you up in the long term. It causes a significant reduction in metabolism. This means that you are using less energy during the day. What happens then? You have to eat less and less to be able to keep the weight off. That’s not sustainable!
