How to lose weight the healthy way
Weight loss is a popular topic. Just Google it and there is a plethora of ‘experts’ ready to give you tips. Here’s the problem. Even the so-called experts don’t have a clue sometimes. They are getting you to ‘eat less’ and ‘move more’ and it’s not working. At least not in the long term. That’s because drastic weight loss that happens too fast really stuffs you up in the long term. It causes a significant reduction in metabolism. This means that you are using less energy during the day. What happens then? You have to eat less and less to be able to keep the weight off. That’s not sustainable!
